Some Color and thickness variations may be visible in this product.  Mixing pavers from several boxes may give a more pleasing effect.  Please inspect the pavers prior to installation as claims will not be accepted after this product has been installed.  Warranty is limited to product replacement only. Hard freeze applications are at the owner's risk.

All cracks in the floor or wall surface must be properly repaired prior to installation.

Surfaces must be thoroughly cleaned before installation.  Removal of materials such as paint, varnish, sawdust, dust, spackling, plaster, adhesives, etc. is required to ensure a good bond.  If the concrete has been treated with a curing compound (which could inhibit bonding), sanding and/or acid etching the concrete prior to the pavers installation is recommended.

Sealing the pavers before installation is highly recommended and will make cleanup much easier after it is installed.

A multipurpose latex modified floor mix keyed into the concrete pad, then spread with a 1/2" to 5/8" notch trowel is recommended.  Backbuttering the pavers will improve bonding and is highly recommended. Hollow areas left under the pavers may result in the pavers cracking when weight is placed on it.

DO NOT ACID WASH THIS PRODUCT. To clean up after grouting, use clean water and damp sponge.  Do not allow the grout to cure before cleanup, as this will make cleanup difficult.

Sunbelt Concrete Products' should be sealed to protect from stains. Penetrating sealer should not be used on concrete pavers if other sealers are to be used (i.e. semi gloss, gloss sealers). Sovent type sealers provide an excellent seal but may slightly darken the color.

After the grout has cured, another coat of sealer will enhance the appearance of the pavers, seal the grout joints, and provide protection from most stains.

MAINTENANCE

A mild detergent may be used to clean the sealed pavers.  Acrylic type wax may be applied as needed on sealed pavers.
